Got Floss? We Hope So!

Flossing – it’s such an important part of your oral hygiene, but why is it dreaded by most patients?

The benefits of flossing far outweigh the time it takes to floss your teeth. When flossing correctly, you can be in less than a minute and it won’t be painful. When patients don’t floss regularly, they can experience swollen and bloody gums – which can delay flossing even more.

It is best to floss once a day in the evening time. Floss is relatively inexpensive and can save you hundreds of dollars in the long run.
