We are looking for an individual that is comfortable on the telephone for 80% of their work day, and experienced in collection systems. The position requires an individual to be highly organized and self-motivated. Our selected candidate will be able to confirm benefits for a patient, and then input those benefits into their patient portal. Secondly, the candidate should be comfortable making collection calls. Selected candidates will have very efficient computer skills and need to work as a team member. This individual will also need flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Previous dental experience is a plus.
