Celebrating 2023 and Another Year of Employee Ownership!

What an incredible night! Gathering with our phenomenal teams from across Ohio to celebrate a year of extraordinary growth, 100% Employee Ownership, and the holidays! On December 2nd, we brought all our teams together for another ESOP & Holiday extravaganza at the Holy Toledo! Room in Downtown Toledo. Employees were welcomed in with personalized gifts, a dj, and libations!

Dr. Frankel took to the stage early in the night and highlighted all our 2023 successes. This year has been full of wins for all our teams. We fully integrated two new practices in Akron and Louisville, Ohio. We were awarded the 2023 BBB Torch Award for Ethics. Frankel Dentistry broke ground with Owens Community College for their new Healthcare Professionals Center. Toledo and Maumee practices won Best of Toledo for the 13th year in a row. All while serving our patients and cultivating a workplace culture with values, dedication, and enthusiasm. Serve All, Always Better!

We were joined by our trustee, Heather Driscoll, who took the time to walk us through the benefits of being a 100% employee owned company along with our growth over the last few years! We can’t thank her enough for her guidance and support throughout our ESOP journey. Did you know Frankel Dentistry is the first 100% employee owned dental practice in the United States. As a team we are filled with gratitude to have the privilege of ownership in Frankel & Puhl Dentistry LLC.

Our team spent the rest of the evening enjoying Poco Piatti’s delicious entrees, photobooth fun with “Picture This”, as well as mingling with our team members who we don’t always get to spend enough time with. We also celebrated our first ever “Owner Of The Year”, Tyler Remer! Huge congratulations!

There is truly something special about loving your workplace and loving the ones you work with. We couldn’t be more grateful to serve our NW and NE Ohio communities with teams who are so passionate and dedicated to excellence for patients. We also can’t thank Dr. Frankel and Dr. Puhl enough for gifting us their company. Grateful to serve with you.
